Howdy all! This week, I'm giving an explanation, of sorts, for the "Hero Sandwich" on the pic of Big Devil. I've decided to incorporate my own creations and those of my husbear into one big super-hero universe. I wanted a name for the collective super-adventures that would evoke the idea of group dynamic and sexual humor. I hope to work my concept into a full blown comic at some point. In the meantime, I'm putting together a character morgue to use as reference and I wanted to share the profiles with everyone. The art work for the main "stats" page is rather quick and intended only to give an idea of the character's appearance. I did this version of Heavy Metal in a style inspired by the recently ended Paul Denny Justice League cartoons. Tiny legs - huge shoulders...lol! My husbear, Robert, was so nice to do a quick Ink job. LOVE HIM!
Anyway, if you like/hate/have some super-cool ideas, let me know.

Big Devil

This week, a work in progress. This is a style of drawing that I developed over ten years ago while I was still in college. It's my favorite, and I often have to restrain myself from trying to get too detailed with the anatomy.
